I also serve on the DEI Task Force, and as a Brit with Assamese heritage, I am passionate about helping others feel welcome and like they belong.

I love to travel, and my work as a career, gender equality, and DEI strategist takes me around the world advising institutions, governments and corporations. My son Raahi, is in third grade, daughter Reia, is in first grade, and when I’m not traveling, you’ll often see me at drop off or Afterschool pick up with our puppy, Ruffles.

My name is Lauren Sachs and I am very excited to be your new Wellness officer! As a wife, mother of two (4th & 7th), and an avid participant in women’s strength training, I understand how challenging it is to juggle life, work, and wellness.
